Background
The Jaringan Peduli Masyarakat (JPM) Foundation, also known as the Community Care Network (CCN) Foundation, is a non-profit and non-governmental organization. It was established on 17 September 2019. JPM is largely composed of former staff of the international NGO ACF, following the closure of ACF’s office in Indonesia at the end of 2019. The foundation was formed to continue initiatives that had already been developed for beneficiaries in East Nusa Tenggara Province, aiming to identify and implement the most effective solutions to address the challenges faced by local communities.
Vision and Mission
Our vision is a society free from poverty, resilient to disasters, and socially and economically self-reliant. Our mission is to work with and support vulnerable and marginalized communities at the grassroots level, helping them identify pathways to empowerment so they can independently address their own socio-economic challenges and contribute to sustainable poverty alleviation.

Objectives & Targets
We work to achieve the following objectives, focusing on people living in poverty and socially and economically marginalized communities.
The meaning of our logo
The three figures in the logo represent the organization’s three main focus areas: Green (Agriculture), Blue (Health, Clean Water, and Sanitation), and Pink (Education). The hands symbolize a network of individuals and institutions that care about and support these three areas.
